Financing for entrepreneurs within one day
Many entrepreneurs have problems finding financing. Satisfied factoring has a solution for this: the company buys invoices from entrepreneurs and pays them on the day of dispatch. Everything is arranged at a rate of 4 to 6 percent, so the entrepreneur can focus on his real work.
Voldaan was founded in 2014 by Tim Zoete and his partner Ad Buijs, both of whom worked in the middle management of ABN AMRO. The company is growing fast and already has eight employees. A few years ago, the duo saw 'a gap in the operating model of the banks'. Tim Zoete: “One of the results of the crisis was that there was a great demand from SMEs for liquidity in the short term. Little credit was available for young and fast-growing companies.
Entrepreneurs stumbled upon a wall of bureaucracy. We found that unacceptable and have developed a model with which we can fill in the financing. ”
Experience
The two benefited from their experience at the bank. “We know what we are talking about and in this way customers know how to find Satisfied,” says Zoete. “Everyone who knocks on our door has a financing need. We meet that need. We look at the debtor who receives the invoice. It is a simple financing product. A self-employed person can contact us with his first invoice, but we also help established companies with financing needs. We are not the cheapest party, but we do have a product without much fuss. It's simple: the customer sends the invoice to us and we pay it immediately. Everything is handled within 24 hours and the customer has his money. Depending on the payment term, we charge 4 to 6 percent of the amount. We take over the risk from the entrepreneur. We don't interfere with the content. ”
Service
Voldaan is active in almost every sector. “We don't exclude anyone or anything. We serve many wholesalers and companies in transport and logistics. We have already processed tens of thousands of invoices. Our product has proven itself in the Netherlands. We will now also focus on Germany. Entrepreneurs with a financing need are pointed out to our services by the Chamber of Commerce, among others. Banks also hire our service. We have the network and the experience. ”
