What are you going to do?
Requesting, providing and processing data in files
– Orderly administration (up-to-date), in particular contact overview in FileMaker;
– Monitors progress of files based on action list and carries out actions;
– Observation insolvency advisor;
– Maintaining contacts at file level (both written and verbal) with client(s), creditors and other parties;
– Processes financial data;
– Calculate Vtlb.
Optimal service
– Maintaining contacts at file level (both written and verbal) with client(s), creditors and other parties;
– Effective feedback of relevant information to insolvency advisor;
– Actively participates in work meetings.
Administrative legal knowledge
– Identifies opportunities and problems and proposes solutions to problems;
– Keeping relevant knowledge up to date;
– Keeping up to date with professional literature and recent developments.
Job requirements
– Studying for a HBO or WO legal education (Law, SJD).
– Knowledge of social law, Wsnp, Bbz, NVVK and Vtlb.
– Computer literate (Microsoft Office and FM).
