As a Administrative Legal Assistant you are part of our Insolvency Support team in Drachten. Under the responsibility of the Insolvency Advisor, you will perform the following activities, among others:

  • You contact the client and schedule intake interviews for the Insolvency Advisor;

  • Careful registration of received documents;

As a debt counselor / insolvency advisor, you are part of our Insolvency team and you work together with legal employees in guiding (former) entrepreneurs in a debt counseling process. What are you going to do?

  • Conduct intake interviews and draw up an action plan;
  • Assist the client in the implementation of this plan by providing guidance and information (eg on stabilization of income and expenditure);
  • Inventory of debts and realization of payment arrangements;
