After her university studies Dutch Law at VU University Amsterdam in 1988, Jacqueline worked for 6 years as a lawyer at a consultancy for SMEs. There she found that there was no reliable, affordable and high-quality debt assistance for SME entrepreneurs in the Netherlands.
That is why Jacqueline started Zuidweg & Partners in 1994 to assist SME entrepreneurs who are in financial difficulties. Since 1994 she has developed the company into the nationally active and leading organization that it is today. As a token of recognition for her activities and entrepreneurial qualities, Jacqueline has been named Business Woman of the Year 2012 (Prix Veuve Clicquot). Also see www.jacquelinezuidweg.nl.
