After studying International Communication and International Marketing Management, I traveled a lot, lived and worked abroad and then had various jobs in the Netherlands. I started at Zuidweg & Partners in 2011, where, as manager of the Support and Customer Contact department, I acquired a lot of knowledge and experience with regard to debt assistance for entrepreneurs, internal work processes, training, customer contact, (ICT) systems and team dynamics.
Since 2020, I have enjoyed working as a communications & development advisor, where I continuously strive to optimize work processes in consultation with MT and team leaders. I spend a lot of time improving (the use of) various software applications with which debt assistance processes are kept up to date and with which everyone works intensively on a daily basis. From the customer tracking system, I provide many management reports for MT and clients. I am also the point of contact for internal and external communications.
