After my studies in International Communication and International Marketing Management, I have traveled, lived and worked abroad and subsequently had various jobs in the Netherlands. In 2011, I started at Zuidweg & Partners, where, as a manager of the Support and Customer Contact department, I have gained a lot of knowledge and experience with regard to debt assistance for entrepreneurs, internal work processes, training, customer contact, (ICT) systems and team dynamics. From 2020, I have taken my input to a higher level as a communication & development advisor.

As a process improvement specialist (since 2025), I continuously strive to optimize work processes in consultation with MT and team leaders. I am very involved in improving (the use of) various software applications, with which the debt assistance processes are monitored and which everyone works with intensively on a daily basis. From the customer tracking system, I provide many management reports for MT and clients. I also contribute to the best possible internal and external communication.
