Resilience is not a luxury
Are you, an entrepreneur, also so resilient? Can you counterbalance difficult situations and unpleasant circumstances? And do you call in auxiliary troops in time? If you answer all questions with 'yes' I would like to hear how you do that because I learn from that.
Yet I often see entrepreneurs who cannot answer all questions in the affirmative. Where team spirit and community have completely disappeared. Where the need has become so high that remediation is needed. And who then risk to relapse because they do not sufficiently realize that their resilience is insufficient. Is that bad? That's really bad! Because as an entrepreneur you have taken on a responsibility. To customers, suppliers, your staff, your family, the financiers, the landlord of your property and so on. You are expected to remain 'in control'. And for that you need resilience.
But what exactly is resilience? Resilience is the ability to move on after an unpleasant situation. Get back into shape and with the right behavior. Not to get stuck in a twisted position. That requires flexibility, elasticity and resilience. Resilient entrepreneurs continue where others stop.
And you can train that, everyone and at every level. Of course it is far too expensive to do this only with coaches. And that week's training is not permanent. That is why we have chosen an online platform. If you do need help, communicate with your own e-coach at any time. You want this for every entrepreneur, right? And of course every employee in your company!
So resilience has everything to do with your mental condition. Resilience gives you a mental buffer to absorb the first blows. New competitors, changed market conditions, staff leaving. Resilient entrepreneurs are more resistant to it. Certainly in the present time, where digitization and robotization will affect every entrepreneur, mental fitness has become a must. Don't wait too long and start training today!
