Are you a debtor and do you need a loan? Then watch this video! If you have financial problems as an entrepreneur, you usually cannot go to a bank to refinance it. However, there is an option to do this and that is the Bbz scheme (Decree on assistance for self-employed persons). Here, under certain conditions, you can get a credit of up to 190.000 euros.
Applying for this credit is easy. Go to the municipality where you live: here you will find a special department that handles the Bbz scheme. To be eligible for the Bbz credit, you must provide financial information, among other things. Once this is complete, the municipality will forward this to a business administrator who will then investigate the viability of your company. That is to say: whether your company can continue regardless of your old debt. The person looks at the figures, for example, but also at you as an entrepreneur. The business administrator writes a report and this is assessed by the municipality. If it is a positive advisory report, it is usually taken over and you therefore receive the Bbz credit.
Suppose the report says that 50.000 euros of credit can be provided, but your debts are 100.000 euros. Then that 50.000 euros is the starting point for settling that 100.000 euros debt. Zuidweg & Partners will then set to work with this. We initiate debt restructuring and also communicate this report to creditors. As soon as all creditors have agreed with the payment of the debts, we request payment of the Bbz credit to the municipality. We ensure that every creditor can get paid that part of the claim that you as an entrepreneur can pay from that credit. You then only have to repay the credit to the municipality.
